Disabling a service turns off all functionality of a service and locks the service so it can not be logged into. Usually a suspension page is shown on their domain while the account is suspended.

At times you may need to disable the services of one of your clients. Reasons for disabling the services of your clients could include a hacked account, spam originating from the account, phishing site hosted on the account, non-payment for services, or other reasons.

To disable a service, first log into your Reseller 2.0 control panel, next click the services button a service list is shown.

Select the service you would like to disable. On this page you can click the Disable Services button.

A window will pop up asking you to enter a reason for disabling the service. Enter a reason and click disable service.

After the service is disabled that status will show disabled.

The service can be re-enabled at any time by clicking the Enable Service button.
