At times you will need to restore backups for your clients cPanel accounts. We have integrated R1Soft backup software into each cPanel installation.

R1Soft can be accessed from cPanel. After logging into the cPanel account you would like to restore, scroll down to the files section and click R1Soft backup. You may be prompted to log in. If you are logging in with the cPanel username and password for the account you are restoring.

Once you are logged in you can select the date and files you would like to restore. Your backup request will be queued and when the server has available resources the selected files will be restored.
