Using our white label Name Servers

Resell.biz has two white label name servers you can use to direct any of your domain names to our services. If a domain is pointed to our name servers then it will automatically propagate to cPanel accounts it is assigned to. The MX record which is responsible for handling your e-mail will also be directed to cPanel for any domain using our name servers. Our two name servers are listed below.

ns1.rbservers.net

ns2.rbservers.net

After setting your domain to our name servers it may take 4 to 24 hours for your domain name to propagate to our services.

Manually pointing DNS to cPanel accounts

If you choose not to use our white label name servers you can alternately choose to manually set up your DNS. You will need to change the A records and MX records to point to our servers. This will allow your web hosting and e-mail to be hosted on our servers.

A records should be set up to point your domain name to the IP address assigned to your cPanel account. You can find the IP address assigned to a service by using the get cPanel data function in the Reseller 2.0 control panel. You can view instructions for getting the cPanel data by clicking here.

MX records should be set to the domain assigned to a cPanel account. For this MX record to properly rout your mail to the cPanel account you should have already created an A record pointing the domain to our server. Once the A record and MX record is propagated to the server your site and e-mail will be handled by cPanel.
